Job Requirements

at least 18 years of age
1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to stand for extended periods
comfortable working in a warm environment
effective communication skills in English
availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus
ability to follow safety and quality protocols
good communication skills in English
ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

operate high-powered machinery safely
package bakery products for distribution
mix ingredients accurately following production guidelines
move and stack materials and equipment
examine and reject products that do not meet quality and specification standards
participate in required training and audits
maintain good manufacturing practices and food safety standards
