Job Description
Low Carb Foods is a growing low-carb food manufacturing company specializing in fresh and packaged low-carb foods such as bagels, breads, baking mixes, and snacks. With a dedicated team focused on health-conscious innovation, the company aims to make delicious and healthy food accessible to all. We are currently in search of an experienced and detail-driven Production and Quality Manager to lead our facility operations with precision and excellence.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in food manufacturing, production, or QA roles
- strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance standards
- demonstrated experience leading teams in a production or manufacturing setting
- proficient with sanitation protocols, HACCP, GMPs, and allergen protocols
- confident in creating or refining SOPs, logs, and training documentation
- excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
- ability to foster a culture of accountability and high standards
- bonus: experience with bakery or small-batch food production
