This individual serves as a vital liaison between sales, channel partners, brand management, service operations, and new product development teams, with a focus on the Omni-Retail segment of the business.
Ideal candidates typically hold a Bachelor of Science degree in business or engineering-related fields, with an MBA being highly desirable. They possess over three years of marketing and product development experience or an equivalent blend of education and practical expertise. Successful candidates demonstrate strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen design sense, coupled with the capability to objectively analyze data and build effective products and sales channels. Working effectively in a collaborative team environment and having a solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies are essential for success in this role.
This full-time position is based in Indianapolis, IN, with a hybrid work schedule at the corporate headquarters in Carmel, IN. The role includes travel of up to 20 percent for customer and team meetings, with potential international travel one to two times annually.
