Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in business or engineering-related field
- MBA desirable
- Three plus years of marketing and product development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong design sense
- Ability to analyze data objectively
- Experience in product building and channel development
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Willingness to travel up to 20 percent
- Availability for international travel one to two times per year
- Based in Indianapolis, IN with hybrid work schedule at corporate HQ in Carmel, IN

Job Duties
- Manage a diverse product portfolio by establishing scope of the product offerings in terms of price points, features, and benefits within the context of the brand strategy and competitive set
- Actively explore and cultivate new business opportunities
- Bring meaningful innovation to continue to differentiate from competitors
- Serve as a product expert
- Prioritize the new product development pipeline of projects to ensure launches meet business needs and market expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, brand management, and service operations
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy
