Job Description

IHG Hotels & Resorts is a global hospitality company with a presence in over 6,000 hotel destinations worldwide. Known for its commitment to delivering True Hospitality for Good, IHG provides a unique culture supportive of its employees’ professional growth and personal well-being. As a leader in the hotel industry, IHG embraces innovation and transformation to drive performance and sustainable growth, positioning itself as the hotel company of choice for guests and owners alike. The company fosters an inclusive environment that values diversity, collaboration, and the well-being of its colleagues, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements and an array of benefits to help employees thrive. By choosing IHG, employees not only embark on a fulfilling career journey but also become part of a global community dedicated to making a positive impact within the hospitality sector and beyond.

The Product Manager role within IHG focuses on enhancing the Book Direct capabilities specifically for Groups and Events. This position is pivotal in developing digital products that empower customers to book group and meeting spaces directly with IHG hotels. By strengthening direct booking channels, the role supports IHG’s broader strategy of complementing partner channels while increasing direct customer engagement. The Product Manager oversees the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization—leveraging agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

Engaging closely with various stakeholders including business leaders, vendors, sales teams, UX partners, and technical delivery teams, the role ensures seamless coordination and execution of the product roadmap. The focus is on building solutions that enable customers to discover hotels with available group space, assess pricing and terms, and complete bookings online, with actual fulfillment handled at the hotel level. The Product Manager leads cross-functional collaboration to identify and act on opportunities that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction while maintaining competitive and relevant booking solutions in the dynamic hospitality market.

This role requires deep understanding of group sales workflows, customer needs, and hotel operations, enabling the crafting of effective strategies that align with business goals. The Product Manager defines success metrics, uses analytics to inform priorities, and forecasts return on investment to ensure deliverables achieve measurable impact. Located in Atlanta, GA, this position operates within a hybrid work structure, expecting three days per week in office. The salary for this role ranges from $119,273 to $140,000 and includes eligibility for bonus pay and a comprehensive benefits package covering paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K options. The opportunity offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to IHG’s transformation ambitions and be part of a company where there is always Room for You to belong, grow, and make a difference.
