Founded with the vision to be a different kind of company, Starbucks has consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer loyalty. The company is known not just for its products but for its dedication to developing exceptional leaders who are passionate about their work and their service to others. Starbucks operates an extensive network of stores across the United States and worldwide, serving millions of customers and continuously innovating its offerings to meet evolving tastes and preferences. Starbucks firmly establishes its brand with a mission to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.

As a Product Manager within Starbucks' beverage division, you will be an integral member of the U.S. Starbucks menu team, driving innovation and managing the lifecycle for new and promotional beverages. This role involves strategic leadership and hands-on management of beverage product launches from conception through commercialization and go-to-market execution. You will work cross-functionally with Research and Development, consumer insights, operations, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Your responsibilities will include testing new beverage concepts, refining products based on customer feedback, and developing recommendations that shape the company’s beverage innovation strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for innovation and strategic problem-solving skills along with proven abilities in cross-functional collaboration. With over five years of experience in brand management, product innovation, marketing, or strategy, you will use your analytical skills and customer empathy to build products and brands that resonate with consumers. The position requires strong project management capabilities and the ability to navigate complex challenges while maintaining clear communication with diverse stakeholders and senior leadership. You will have the opportunity to create compelling presentations that influence business decisions and contribute directly to Starbucks' vision of delivering unique and memorable beverage experiences.

Starbucks offers more than just a position; it provides an opportunity to join a mission-driven culture that values diversity, inclusion, and partner well-being. Partners and their families benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance options, paid parental leave, vacation, sick time, holiday and personal days, disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, stock purchase programs, and tuition coverage through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan. Starbucks also promotes financial well-being resources, backup care, and support for continuing education.

This role typically requires working onsite four days per week and offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and location. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and accessible workplace accommodations. Join Starbucks as a Product Manager, Beverage, and inspire with every cup by contributing to the next wave of beverage innovation that delights millions of customers every day.
