Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Weekend availability preferred including Friday through Sunday
- Availability to work holidays and weekdays as needed
- Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays
- Ability to safely operate cooking appliances such as microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate
- Ability to stand for long periods during events
- Willingness to undergo online and/or on-the-job training
- Compliance with food safety standards
- Must be able to work in a moderate to high noise retail grocery warehouse environment
- Adaptability to exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Availability to work weekends, preferably Friday through Sunday, with holidays and weekday shifts also available
- Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked
- Ability to safely use appliances including microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Willingness to learn through online or on-the-job training
- No prior experience or formal education required
- Applicants with military experience or those returning to the workforce are welcome
Job Duties
- Engaging customers to communicate key points about products
- Ensuring compliance with food safety requirements while preparing samples
- Cooking, processing, plating, and serving sample products
- Working with the team to achieve sales goals for the products
- Using appliances such as microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate safely
- Standing for the duration of the event
- Providing excellent customer service during product demonstrations
