Completing records such as temperature logs, spoilage reports, and inventory checks is also a crucial element of this role.

In addition to floor duties, Produce Team Members provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customers’ needs, suggesting products, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The role includes compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, proper handling of equipment and tools, and supporting store-wide initiatives. Team Members must be punctual, well-groomed, and ready to contribute in alignment with Whole Foods Market’s mission and standards.

This position offers a wage range of $18.00 to $25.40 per hour, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market provides a comprehensive benefits package known as "Whole Benefits," available to eligible full and part-time Team Members. New entry-level Team Members who complete their first 90 days may be eligible for a base rate increase.
