Produce Delivery Driver (Commercial)

As a part of Oishii’s Distribution team, the Driver role is crucial to the company’s mission of delivering fresh, top-quality strawberries to customers. Drivers handle transportation from the farm located in Jersey City, NJ, to distribution centers, retail accounts, specialty stores, and individual customers across NY, PA, CT, MA, DC, and NJ. This full-time, on-site position requires early morning shifts beginning as early as 2:00 am, with typical days spanning 8 to 12 hours. Drivers primarily use sprinter vans and occasionally operate refrigerated vans or up to 26-foot box trucks to ensure that the delicate berries arrive in perfect condition.

Beyond delivery, Drivers act as vital representatives of Oishii, professionally communicating with customers and business team members, maintaining strict food safety standards, and supporting special events or on-site packaging operations as needed. This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfort with extensive driving in the tri-state area. A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are mandatory, with a DOT Medical Card preferred.
