Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods throughout the workday
- Follow all safety, health, and OSHA regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- Willingness to perform repetitious tasks and multitask efficiently
- Maintain respect for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
- Physical ability to walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift
- Adherence to company policies and other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Show mutual respect and maintain a high-level code of ethics within Sprouts' culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
- Have a positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills
- Possess good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment
- Able to perform repetitious activities, multitask, prioritize and stay organized
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA and weights and measures regulations
Job Duties
- Stock the produce department including presentation, facing, filling, and organization
- Ensure tag and pricing accuracy
- Properly stock and rotate produce merchandise
- Trim, water, and merchandise products to maintain freshness and quality
- Ensure proper inventory control to maximize freshness and availability
- Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner
- Adhere to safety and health regulations while performing duties
