You will ensure produce is properly stocked, rotated, and prepared in accordance with department standards while maintaining pricing accuracy and product knowledge.

In addition to stocking and merchandising, you will engage directly with customers, educating them on the benefits of fresh produce and assisting them in making healthy choices. The role demands physical stamina, as it requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. You must also adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and weights and measures regulations. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy working collaboratively with a diverse team. There are some restrictions for team members under 18, related to using knives, ladders, machinery, and prolonged cooler or freezer work, ensuring a safe work environment.
