DealerFLEX is currently seeking a dependable and professional individual for the role of Dealership Vehicle Pick-up & Delivery in Fort Washington, PA. In this role, the Dealership Vehicle Pick-up & Delivery professional will coordinate closely with the Service Manager and Service Director to schedule pick-ups and deliveries efficiently. They will verify invoices against customer information to support accurate financial transactions and maintain detailed delivery logs that include obtaining signatures from recipients. The candidate will assist the service department by managing customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, presenting the dealership positively through a professional appearance and demeanor. The role demands strong time management skills, problem-solving capabilities, a commitment to safety, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
The working environment for this position includes frequent exposure to varying weather conditions, requiring adaptability and resilience. Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience
- clean motor vehicle record
- must be 18 years or older

- verify that invoices match customer information for each transaction
- ensure payments received align with invoice amounts for each delivery
- maintain an accurate log of all deliveries and obtain recipient signatures
