This particular role is for a Process Associate/Mixer/Compounder based in Independence, Missouri, specifically on the 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am from Sunday to Thursday. This is a direct hire, full-time position offering a competitive pay rate of $25.48 per hour with an additional $0.50 shift differential. The Process Associate/Mixer/Compounder plays a critical role in the manufacturing process, primarily focused on ensuring recipe accuracy, ingredient weighing, and ingredient handling for production. Candidates will be responsible for operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, maintaining equipment cleanliness and standards, and performing changeovers and washes to uphold quality and minimize production interruptions.
