Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment
Reliable and able to work on PRN schedule
Willingness to comply with vaccination policy if applicable

Job Duties

Perform under the direction of supervisory personnel dish and pot washing general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies
Set up the dish and pot washing area
Prepare for dish washing and wash pots dishes and utensils
Distribute and store clean pots dishes and utensils
Clean and sanitize production equipment work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
Empty trash containers as required
