Morada Senior Living is currently hiring a Concierge to join our community team. This role is integral in shaping the first impressions for residents, guests, and employees alike by providing exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism. The Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and visitors, managing phone communications effectively, passing on important messages, and handling inquiries to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations within the community. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- Greets residents and visitors, answers inquiries and gives directions
- Collates brochures for the marketing department
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the dining staff
- Responds to emergency calls to coordinate getting 911 for help to the resident in case of emergency
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organizes and distributes mail to residents, executive director and department coordinators
- Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
