This particular role is designed to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective residents, families, and vendors within the community. The position is vital for maintaining safety, security, and effective communication in the community environment. The responsibilities include greeting individuals with warmth and professionalism, providing general assistance, managing communication channels such as telephone calls, and monitoring the safety of residents and property through surveillance systems and door alarms. The role also entails administrative duties like processing reports related to work orders, incidents, and community concerns.

Further, this position manages the receipt and distribution of packages, plants, prescription drugs, and other deliveries, ensuring they are handled according to residents’ preferences. Another important aspect of this role is maintaining logs related to community keys and gate passes to guarantee security and track access. The successful candidate will also collaborate with various departments to assist with administrative tasks, thereby supporting smooth community operations.

Providing timely responses and following up on resident, family, or employee concerns is a critical element of this role, which is focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three months related experience

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
  • process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
  • receive packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
  • maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure timely response and follow up to resident, family, and employee concerns
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
