With a portfolio that includes more than 1,500 units, TerraBella specializes in a broad spectrum of senior living options, covering Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and short-term Respite Care. Their communities focus on providing lifestyle-oriented amenities and comprehensive care services, ensuring that residents receive the highest levels of support, comfort, and engagement. TerraBella Senior Living's dedication to quality care and a vibrant community atmosphere makes it a prominent name in the senior living industry in the southeastern United States.
Joining TerraBella Senior Living as a Concierge at the TerraBella Windsor Lake community means becoming part of a team committed to exceptional resident service and operational excellence. The Concierge serves as the welcoming face of this vibrant community, playing a pivotal role in greeting guests, residents, and employees with warmth and professionalism. This position demands excellent communication skills as the Concierge handles incoming calls, takes and relays messages, and provides residents and their families with accurate information. In addition to reception duties, the Concierge supports various community operations such as managing appointment schedules for residents, organizing and distributing mail, and assisting with meal ticket preparations and counts for the dining staff.
The ideal Concierge candidate will enjoy interacting with people and possess a keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor. This role requires versatility, balancing front desk responsibilities with administrative tasks that collectively enhance the resident experience and daily operations at TerraBella Windsor Lake. Beyond fulfilling daily operational duties, the Concierge helps maintain a neat and orderly entryway and desk area, reinforcing TerraBella's commitment to a welcoming and professional environment. Compliance with company personnel policies and operating procedures is also critical to ensure consistency and safety within the community.
The position generally requires a high school diploma or GED with one to three years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and background. Candidates who thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment and who demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude will find a rewarding opportunity at TerraBella Senior Living. They offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health and well-being of their team members. Working at TerraBella means contributing to the quality of life of seniors and becoming a valued member of a dedicated caregiving team that makes a difference every day.
