At TerraBella Windsor Lake, we are currently seeking a Concierge to become a vital part of our community. This role is pivotal in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents, guests, and team members alike. As the first point of contact, the Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, managing communication channels, and providing general information, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The Concierge also supports various administrative and logistical functions that contribute to the overall efficacy of community activities and resident satisfaction.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing senior living community committed to excellence and compassionate care. The Concierge will manage telephone answering and reception duties, take and relay messages accurately, greet and guide residents and visitors, and assist with various coordination tasks including appointment scheduling and mail distribution. By maintaining organized records such as resident phone lists, meal tickets, and visitor logs, the Concierge plays an essential role in maintaining up-to-date community information. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- Greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- Collates brochures for the marketing department
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
- Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organizes and distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
