Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
No prior food service experience required
Successful completion of food safety training and certifications as required
Good communication skills in English
Basic proficiency with computer systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain professionalism and courteous behavior at all times

Job Qualifications

No experience is necessary, although previous food service experience is preferred
Food safety training and ability to obtain local, state or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Basic computer skills needed for POS and payroll systems
Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and co-workers

Job Duties

Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner
Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
Actively buss and reset tables
Complete assigned side work
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
