Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years experience in private events, event planning, or hospitality
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • ability to work occasional evenings or weekends
  • strong organizational skills and professionalism
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge of NorthStar software is a plus
  • ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience in private events or event planning
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • strong hospitality skills with excellent communication
  • experience in catering or private events industry
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • manage all confirmation correspondence for private events at the Town Club
  • secure guarantee counts and final room layouts in a timely manner
  • keep the Main Event Board and daily change sheets updated
  • assist with preparing budgets and progress reports for the Director of Private Events
  • ensure events comply with safety standards including room capacity limits
  • prioritize and handle multiple event tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • support event planning and provide exceptional service to members and guests
