Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in event coordination or related field
  • Proven ability to support marketing and prospecting initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in sales particularly in catering and private event functions
  • Knowledge of food preparation and social etiquette for private events
  • Understanding of food and beverage service systems and cost controls
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven track record supporting marketing and prospecting programs to drive event revenues
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Creative, energetic, outgoing personality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Sales experience preferably in catering and private event functions
  • Practical knowledge of food preparation and etiquette related to private events
  • Knowledgeable of proper food and beverage service methods, systems, controls, and costs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Support the Private Event Director in selling private functions
  • Meeting with clients to determine their needs and exceed expectations through detailed communication
  • Create marketing materials to promote private events
  • Manage private event social media posts
  • Distribute daily and weekly reports ensuring accuracy
  • Ensure all services to club members and guests meet expected service levels
  • Maintain professional appearance for self and all private event personnel
  • Fulfill training requirements to become a future Private Event Director
  • Assist in sales process including upselling, tastings, and day-of coordination
