Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in event planning or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
  • Capability to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Plan and support all private events and meeting functions at the property
  • Maximize profits through direct client contact and exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Coordinate events with all appropriate departments to ensure seamless execution
  • Upsell products and services offered by the location
  • Assist clients with menu planning including food, beverage, set-up, and decorations
  • Ensure payment is received and properly coded
  • Conduct tours of the golf course and facility as needed
  • Perform special projects as delegated by management
  • Maintain effective guest relations to ensure a pleasant visit
