Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven success in a sales role ideally in hospitality, event management, or the golf industry
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business
- Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills
- Experience selling weddings and private events

Job Duties
- Own the full sales cycle for private events and weddings across a portfolio of Arcis Golf properties
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to grow qualified leads and close high-value bookings
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools and pipeline management best practices
- Conduct regular outbound sales activities including cold calls, local outreach, networking, and trade show attendance
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through relationship-driven prospecting with corporations, associations, and social organizations
- Lead in-person tours for qualified prospects, customizing the experience to match their event goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event handoff and execution from sales through execution
- Negotiate event contracts, confirming all requirements and expectations in writing
- Perform other duties as assigned
