Job Requirements

  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours
  • Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
  • Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift of up to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly
  • Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
  • Smoke environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in private event planning, sales, or catering within a hospitality or luxury setting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with precision and professionalism
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and experience with floor plans, event layouts, and room flow
  • High level of discretion, and guest service
  • Proficiency in POS, CRM, and event management software
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required work cards or licenses in Nevada
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or above

Job Duties

  • Manage all private event inquiries, proposals, walkthroughs, and confirmations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and members throughout the planning process
  • Prepare Reservation Event Orders (REOs), timelines, floorplans, and payment schedules
  • Collaborate with culinary, beverage, operations, and membership teams to deliver events in alignment with client expectations
  • Oversee setup, service flow, and breakdown for all private events, ensuring consistent execution and guest satisfaction
  • Forecast and track monthly private event revenue and guest counts
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection in partnership with accounting
  • Coordinate with security, AV, and third-party vendors as needed
  • Maintain event collateral, pricing sheets, vendor contacts, and service packages
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
