Job Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk and hear
- Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Establishes and maintains positive client relationships
- Coordinate event with all appropriate departments
- Upsells products and services offered by the location
- Assists the client with menu planning including food and beverage, set-up, decorations, and other services requested
- Assures all client requirements are communicated and completed
- Ensures payment is received and properly coded
- Conducts tours of golf course and facility if necessary
- Performs special projects delegated by management
