Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier items with assistance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and security policies
- Willingness to maintain professional appearance
- Support team objectives
- Ability to perform physical tasks as described

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as stated in Banquet Event Order
- Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert tables/carts, and cordial carts
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- Ensure courses are cleared and tables are properly crumbed
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness
- Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
- Bus tables by removing and separating tableware, plateware, glassware, and flatware
- Follow company and safety policies
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training
- Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Support team goals
- Ensure quality standards
- Read and verify information
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with help
