We are currently seeking a skilled Private Dining Sales and Events Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25.32 to $31.64, with eligibility for overtime pay. The Private Dining Sales and Events Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal partners and external clients, ensuring that every event—from planning to completion—is executed flawlessly. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or hospitality sales
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
  • deliver successful event experiences to garner repeat and referral business
  • respond promptly and professionally to all communications
  • monitor and manage pre-event, event, and post-event details such as room blocks, meeting spaces, concessions, contract clauses, resumes, event orders and billing
  • gain knowledge of food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, function spaces, and audio visual equipment
  • demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • ensure clear and concise communication representative of Concord Hospitality
