The group focuses on fostering a culture that values teamwork, respect, and excellence in service, ensuring that guests receive the highest standards with every visit. As a recognized name in the restaurant industry, Gibsons Restaurant Group not only prioritizes the culinary delights it offers but also the seamless operational coordination behind the scenes that guarantees a five-star experience.

The Sales Manager role at Gibsons Restaurant Group is pivotal in maintaining and expanding the company’s sales initiatives while ensuring flawless communication between sales teams and front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This role is designed for an energetic, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic restaurant environment and who understands the nuance of balancing client relationships with operational execution. This includes negotiating contracts, coordinating with catering and operations teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and hitting or exceeding annual sales goals.

Working at Gibsons as a Sales Manager means you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that extend beyond classic sales tasks. The position demands open availability, inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the hospitality industry. You will employ strategic communication and client outreach to build loyal, long-term relationships, directly contributing to sustaining and growing the Gibsons brand presence. Your duties will encompass following up on all client inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, confirming sales closures through deposits and contracts, and troubleshooting internal issues to uphold operational excellence.

Moreover, this position emphasizes customer experience, requiring a focus on upholding Gilsons’ core values throughout every interaction. You will ensure proper staffing and resource allocation to guarantee a positive event experience, uphold safety standards to protect both staff and assets, and respond effectively to any customer concerns to foster repeat business. Your leadership in advocating for the Group’s philosophy will shape every team member’s commitment to a unified, customer-first approach. This role underpins the success of the restaurant group by merging sales expertise with deep operational knowledge and a dedication to the brand’s DNA.

As a Sales Manager at Gibsons Restaurant Group, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through meticulous event management and stellar client services, thriving within a supportive environment that values innovation, integrity, and community.
