The Club Concierge position at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is a vital role within the clubhouse reception team. This role acts as the central communication hub, ensuring smooth daily operations through excellent member engagement and coordination. The Club Concierge is often the first point of contact for members, embodying warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. The primary responsibility involves managing dining reservations through the Club Essentials system, assisting members with to-go orders, supporting host operations during busy service periods, and handling general clubhouse inquiries. This role requires a calm and organized professional who excels in multitasking and enjoys creating seamless experiences for members. The Club Concierge also works closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to ensure coordination between members, kitchen, and the service teams, guaranteeing that all requests and special needs are met with courtesy and precision.

This full-time and part-time opportunity offers flexible shifts, including morning and evening hours, and requires availability on evenings, weekends, holidays, and Sundays. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or related roles
  • ability to work full-time or part-time including evenings, weekends, holidays, and Sundays
  • proficiency with reservation and POS systems
  • strong communication and multitasking skills
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and late evenings

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, host stand, or food & beverage service preferred
  • private club or luxury hospitality experience is a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • comfort working with reservation systems and POS software
  • professional appearance aligned with club service standards

Job Duties

  • Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional presence
  • serve as the primary point of contact for clubhouse inquiries
  • maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • manage dining reservations and special requests through Club Essentials
  • answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • communicate reservation details and special requests to the service team
  • assist members with to-go orders and coordinate with the culinary team
  • support host operations during busy dining periods
  • maintain strong knowledge of menus, events, and club offerings
  • assist with event reservations and member requests
  • support the Club Concierge Supervisor and Food & Beverage leadership with administrative coordination
  • help ensure clear communication between members, kitchen, and service teams
