The Club Concierge position at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch plays a pivotal role in maintaining this high standard of service. This role serves as the welcoming face and voice of the clubhouse, acting as the first point of contact for members and guests alike. The Club Concierge is responsible for managing dining reservations, coordinating to-go orders, handling member inquiries, and supporting host operations during busy service periods. This position requires a calm and organized professional who excels in hospitality, communication, and multitasking. The Concierge ensures seamless coordination between members, the culinary team, and the service staff to create smooth, efficient, and memorable experiences for each visitor.
Serving as the heart of clubhouse communication, the Club Concierge answers calls promptly, manages the flow of reservation information, assists with special requests, and helps streamline operational processes. This role also includes administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership, contributing to the overall efficiency and excellence of club services. It’s an ideal role for individuals who are highly detail-oriented, service-minded, and thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent interaction among diverse groups of members and staff.

Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time or part-time
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and Sundays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, host stand, or food & beverage service preferred
- Private club or luxury hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with reservation systems and POS software
- Professional appearance aligned with club service standards
Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional presence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clubhouse inquiries
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Manage dining reservations and special requests through Club Essentials
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Communicate reservation details and special requests to the service team
- Assist members with to-go orders and coordinate with the culinary team for accuracy and timing
- Support host operations during busy dining periods
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, events, and club offerings
- Assist with event reservations and member requests
- Support the Club Concierge Supervisor and Food & Beverage leadership with administrative coordination
- Help ensure clear communication between members, kitchen, and service teams
