Villa Kitchen | Dinner Club Concierge | Luxury Conscious Travel is a chef-led collective dedicated to creating intimate, high-end dining experiences at villas, estates, and design-forward spaces. The role offered is perfect for disciplined, ambitious chefs with a passion for hospitality and an eye for beautiful, detailed presentations. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic kitchen team producing seasonal, multi-course menus designed to spotlight ingredient origins and craft, including accommodations for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets when needed. Responsibilities include sourcing ingredients responsibly by building relationships with small farms and specialty purveyors, writing provenance cards for dishes, and leading the execution of events from tastings and preparation through to packing, plating, and service. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, precision in mise en place, timing, and consistency in plating to maintain high standards throughout service.
In addition to culinary duties, the chef will curate tabletop details, such as handcrafted ceramics and linens, to enhance the ambiance and overall guest experience with editorial luxury. They will manage small event teams when necessary, setting kitchen standards and timelines, while also maintaining rigorous food safety, event costing, and post-event wrap-up, including inventory control and feedback notes. Representing the Villa Kitchen brand with warmth and professionalism in all client communications is essential.

Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience
- ServSafe or equivalent certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transport
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with purveyors
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in fine dining, high-end catering, private chefing, or chef de partie/sous roles
- Portfolio with plated dishes (link or PDF) and sample menus
- ServSafe or equivalent certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work evenings/weekends as events demand
- Bonus: experience with tasting menus, wine pairings, fermentation/preservation, or open-fire cooking
