The role is primarily full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, though some schedule flexibility is required due to private events and occasional changes in work hours. The Chef Assistant position involves working closely alongside the Executive Chef to support various kitchen operations. The Chef Assistant will be responsible for sourcing and ordering high-quality ingredients, managing inventory to ensure freshness, and adhering to strict health and safety regulations. Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment and assisting in managing food and beverage inventories across multiple properties are also essential parts of the role. Adaptability is crucial as the Chef Assistant will need to learn and implement new cooking techniques, adjust recipes, and respond to client preferences and requests effectively. Job Requirements
