Job Duties

  • Plan, prepare, and present a variety of high-quality meals tailored to the preferences and dietary requirements of the principals
  • Develop diverse, nutritionally balanced menus across multiple cuisines
  • Accommodate specific dietary needs, including allergies, restrictions, and lifestyle-based diets
  • Oversee all kitchen operations including organization, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
  • Source premium ingredients and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Maintain accurate inventory of pantry, refrigeration, and specialty items
  • Manage and adhere to an allocated household food budget
  • Coordinate meal service for both daily living and small-scale entertaining
  • Support the planning and execution of private events and occasional gatherings
  • Collaborate effectively with other household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Travel with the family or support off-site requirements as needed
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
