Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in aviation support or logistics preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory management
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs with aid if needed
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for long periods
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage the sourcing, ordering, and stocking of special-request items for aircraft
- Maintain standard aircraft inventory and stock items based on routine and special requests
- Set up cabin jet beds and bedding
- Manage cleaning drop-off and pickup for bedding, dishes, glasses, and cutlery
- Provide direct support to flight crew members with stocking and other tasks
- Oversee and manage inventory for aircraft and offices, tracking stock and expiration dates
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized hangar and office environment
- Run errands and handle special supply requests
- Complete various administrative projects including managing flight logs for Part 135 aircraft
