active and transferable us government issued ts/sci with poly security clearance required prior to start date
bachelor’s degree
minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
active dod 8570 iat level 2 certification or higher on start date
experience in a technical operations environment
experience with windows

Job Duties

monitor infrastructure service provider hosting equipment and services consisting of servers, networks, storage, backup and archive in a fast-paced environment
answer and manage calls in a 24x7 monitoring center providing prompt and professional responses to incidents and inquiries
monitor system dashboards for status of services
create incidents in incident management system and assign to appropriate tier-2/tier-3 assignment groups
assist with troubleshooting services to restore full mission capability
coordinate with other service providers when incidents span system boundaries
investigate and rectify procedural discrepancies and identify areas of process improvement
