Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
One or more years’ experience in hotel/restaurant/casino outlets is preferred
Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. to chest and 75 lbs. on occasion
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to speak and understand English

Job Duties

Sincerely greets and thanks each guest
Inform guests of hours/days of operation, all coupons and specials
Prepare high quality and consistent food products
Completes all pre-opening, running and closing prep requirements
Accurate use of POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods
Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy
Checks the maintenance of all kitchen equipment and reports any damaged or broken pieces to management
Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees
