Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • One or more years’ experience in hotel/restaurant/casino outlets is preferred
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. to chest and 75 lbs. on occasion
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to speak and understand English

Job Duties

  • Sincerely greets and thanks each guest
  • Inform guests of hours/days of operation, all coupons and specials
  • Prepare high quality and consistent food products
  • Completes all pre-opening, running and closing prep requirements
  • Accurate use of POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods
  • Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy
  • Checks the maintenance of all kitchen equipment and reports any damaged or broken pieces to management
  • Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees
