Operating in a high-energy environment where quality and customer satisfaction are paramount, the organization integrates culinary excellence with outstanding guest interaction to ensure that every visitor receives the best possible experience. Typically engaging in a variety of food and beverage service operations, the establishment maintains a structured team environment where collaboration among servers, kitchen staff, and management plays a crucial role in smooth and effective operations.
The role being offered is that of a dedicated Food and Beverage Server, which is an integral part of the company’s mission to deliver excellent hospitality services. This position involves the direct service of guests by promptly and accurately taking both food and beverage orders, ensuring that orders are correctly transmitted to the culinary team, and that guests receive their refreshments and meals in a timely and professional manner. Beyond order taking and serving, the role requires handling sales transactions which include processing payments, correctly returning change, validating comps, and operating the POS system efficiently and accurately.

The role also necessitates keeping the assigned area clean and well-stocked, participating actively with fellow team members to maintain a seamless service flow, and complying strictly with department uniform and grooming standards. Flexibility in scheduling is essential since this position may require working nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Candidates for this role must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable about food and wine, and be able to earn and maintain relevant certifications such as a Food Handlers Card, TiPS certification, and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification within 60 days of employment. Additionally, acquiring the necessary gaming license may be a requirement depending on the specific venue. The position demands physical stamina and a capacity to lift or move weights up to 75 pounds, as well as the ability to perform a range of movements like bending, reaching, stooping, and balancing in varied work areas.
This Food and Beverage Server opportunity represents a chance to join a reputable company committed to quality service and a positive customer experience, all within a vibrant and collaborative workplace environment.
