Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours
- Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
- Willingness to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Eligibility for export control license
- Consent to DOT drug and alcohol testing if conducting safety sensitive functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with flight monitoring or aviation operations preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of FAA regulations is a plus
- Physical capability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Continuously monitor the status of all active drone flights within the assigned region
- Identify and respond to any deviations from planned flight paths or operational parameters
- Ensure all drone flights comply with regulatory requirements and company safety policies
- Coordinate effectively with the relevant teams to implement immediate response strategies to mitigate risks and resolve situations
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and anomalies
- Provide feedback and insights to support continuous operational improvement
- Utilize excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while working effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Adhere to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes
