Job Description
Endeavor Health is a comprehensive healthcare delivery system dedicated to providing high-quality, community-connected care to more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties. Serving through over 300 ambulatory locations and eight acute care hospitals—including Edward in Naperville, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenbrook in Glenview, Highland Park, Northwest Community in Arlington Heights, Skokie, and Swedish in Chicago—Endeavor Health is recognized for excellence in nursing with multiple Magnet hospital designations. With a talented workforce of over 25,000 team members and more than 6,000 physicians, Endeavor Health strives to offer expert care and transformative patient experiences close to home. The organization is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, embracing compassion, respect, and empathy toward its patients and employees alike. Endeavor Health promotes professional growth and career development, encouraging employees to reach their full potential while maintaining a community-focused mission to "help everyone in our communities be their best."
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, well-established concierge medical practice located at 120 Spalding Suite 303, Naperville, IL, where the focus is on preventive and integrative medicine. This full-time position provides a balanced work-life schedule, requiring a 36-hour workweek split between office visits and virtual availability on a 24/7/365 basis for 46 weeks per year. The practice emphasizes holistic health and longevity science, incorporating advanced diagnostic tools such as next-generation biomarker analysis, multi-cancer early detection, personalized genetics, and sophisticated imaging techniques to create comprehensive, individualized health plans for patients.
As a concierge physician within this practice, you will provide outstanding management of chronic medical conditions and offer personalized outpatient care, including "social visits" for hospitalized patients or those in nearby rehabilitation facilities. There are no inpatient or direct admission responsibilities, allowing the physician to focus solely on delivering top-tier outpatient care. This is a rare chance to step into a successful concierge practice led by a prominent retiring primary care physician with a loyal panel of about 300 patients.
The daily patient schedule allows for 6 to 8 patients, enabling long, comprehensive visits that emphasize quality care and patient engagement. The physician enjoys a flexible work week with one weekday off, six weeks of vacation and personal leave, and a shared call arrangement occurring every other weekend plus rotating holiday coverage, supporting a balanced professional and personal life.
The salary range for this position is $220,001 to $366,623, with pay determined by expertise and years of experience. Endeavor Health values the physician’s skill set and offers benefits that promote career development and personal well-being. The anticipated start date for this role is October 1, 2026, but it is negotiable. Joining Endeavor Health means becoming part of a healthcare network that prioritizes patient-centered care, innovation, and diversity, providing an excellent platform for physicians committed to delivering the highest quality medical care with compassion and integrity.
