Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Current license to practice medicine in Illinois
- Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Basic CPR certification through American Heart Association
- Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine
- Preferred 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work full time with mixed office and virtual availability
Job Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certified in internal medicine or family medicine
- Active medical license to practice in Illinois
- Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Current Basic CPR certification through American Heart Association
- Preferred 5-10 years of clinical experience
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide office-based preventive and integrative medicine
- Develop comprehensive health and wellness plans utilizing advanced diagnostics
- Manage chronic medical conditions
- Conduct outpatient "social visits" for hospitalized or rehabilitating patients
- Maintain a full-time daily office schedule averaging 6-8 patients
- Collaborate in a shared call arrangement every other weekend and during rotating holidays
- Participate in continuous professional development within the concierge practice
