Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in grocery or retail management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Properly handle and merchandise products according to company policy
- Display complete knowledge of all products to customers
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Oversee third shift store operation including shelf conditions, stock levels, and product blocking
- Schedule all Night Crew Associates
- Manage front end and office operations including check approvals and nightly resets
- Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies for the Grocery Department
- Ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained
- Assist with hiring, training and development of new Night Crew Associates
- Recommend discipline for Night Crew Associates as per company policy
- Oversee refrigeration and security procedures during third shift
- Unload warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries
- Evaluate performance of Store Associates
- Ensure all 3rd Shift Grocery Crew productivity measures are met
- Implement corporate and state sanitation and pricing procedures
- Protect company inventory and control shrink
- Perform other related duties and adhere to company policies
