The role offered is that of a Third Shift Grocery Supervisor responsible for overseeing the nighttime operation of the store. This position requires a leader who can provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all customers while ensuring that the store runs smoothly during third shift hours. The supervisor will be in charge of managing night crew associates, maintaining proper product stocking and merchandising, and ensuring all corporate policies and procedures are met. Key responsibilities include overseeing shelf conditions, product ordering and receiving, front-end and office operations management, and implementing corporate sanitation and pricing procedures. The Third Shift Grocery Supervisor will work closely with other store departments and associates to promote an optimal shopping environment and maximize sales opportunities. Maintaining safety, security, and inventory control during the overnight shift is paramount. This role offers an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $26.50 and requires a minimum age of 18 years, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least three years of relevant experience.
