Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must have valid driver’s license
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- availability to work scheduled shifts including weekends
- adherence to safety policies and procedures
- effective communication skills
- prior maintenance or porter experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to perform physical labor and routine maintenance tasks
- knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready
- transfer trash to dumpster or storage area
- clean and maintain storage areas
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change all locks in accordance with property policy
- ensure gates to all pool areas operate according to codes and safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect
- answer resident questions and respond to maintenance complaints sensitively
- comply with safety and risk management policies
- attend safety meetings
- complete OSHA and safety-related training
- report accidents and incidents promptly and accurately
