Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with completed service request callbacks
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour-ready condition each morning prior to office opening
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other relevant resources for residents
  • Maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
