Delaware North is currently seeking seasonal Line Cooks to join the team at Little Caesars Arena. This position is vital to ensuring the delivery of high-quality food products by preparing dishes according to established recipes and the chef's specifications. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in supporting the kitchen operations, maintaining excellent food safety and sanitation standards, and contributing to an efficient and productive culinary environment. Job Duties

  • Follow the assignments for opening and closing procedures as well as food production
  • Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines using proper preparation techniques and sanitation guidelines
  • Set up and operate kitchen equipment
  • Keep workstation and equipment clean organized and sufficiently stocked
