Job Duties
- Create menus, order food, prepare meals and deliver meals to other locations
- order products on a regular schedule to eliminate out of stock items such as food, paper goods, cleaning supplies and snacks, as well as process inventory of all kitchen items
- ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including all food preparation areas, food containers, refrigerators, and freezers
- maintain the highest level of sanitation and be responsible for the inspection with the health department
- perform other duties as assigned
