We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Prep/Pastry Team. This role is crucial in upholding La Madeleine's high standards for food preparation and presentation. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, offering flexible scheduling options with AM and PM shifts to accommodate diverse needs. Employees in this role benefit from no late-night shifts, as the café closes at 9 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Compensation is competitive and supplemented by an average of $3.00 per hour in tips pooled among café employees, reflecting the valued contribution of each team member.

Working in the Prep/Pastry Team requires a love for food and dedication to craftsmanship.
