We are currently looking for a reliable, self-driven opening prep/line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will confidently handle all prep duties as well as work the line during a busy lunch service. The position requires precision, speed, and the ability to follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, assembling components for menu items, cooking and plating dishes according to established standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at their workstation while adhering to food safety protocols. In addition, the prep/line cook will support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely service. Collaboration with other team members is essential to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during busy hours.
