Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required job training and assessments
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- commitment to following company policies and safety standards
- adherence to a drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food preparation or food service
- food handler certification (preferred)
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic digital literacy to use handheld technology and digital tools
Job Duties
- Preparing fresh food daily according to recipes
- preparing and serving warm rotisserie chicken
- properly wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness
- maintaining clean and sanitized food preparation and sales areas
- monitoring product quality by verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality products
- managing inventory, rotating stock, and controlling waste
- assisting members with bakery orders and providing friendly customer service
- collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams
- adapting to changing work scenarios and priorities
