Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or fresh food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to changing work scenarios
- Familiarity with inventory management and digital tools
- Food Handler Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- Maintaining clean shelves and proper temperature control
- Verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality products
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Maintaining sales floor organization and handling claims
- Keeping work area clean, sanitized, and member-ready
- Collaborating with teams and educating other associates
- Operating and sanitizing food preparation equipment
- Utilizing digital tools for production and quality decisions
- Stocking and rotating merchandise
- Providing attentive customer service
