Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
- Willingness to comply with company policies and uphold standards of ethics and integrity
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred

- Passion for and experience with fresh food
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to prepare food according to item specifications and plan production
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Proficiency with hand held technology and digital tools
- Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios and multitask
- Commitment to quality service and member satisfaction
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area
- Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Maintaining the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Collaborating with cross functional teams and helping educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
