As a Prepared Meal and Rotisserie Chicken Associate, you will be instrumental in preparing fresh food daily for our members. Following standardized recipes precisely, you will produce high-quality prepared meals and rotisserie chickens that are consistently warm, flavorful, and ready for members to take home. Your role involves careful attention to food safety standards, including temperature control, sanitation, and quality checks to ensure optimal freshness.

Beyond food preparation, you will play a critical role in inventory management by properly wrapping, labeling, and storing products, while also maintaining the sales floor in compliance with company policies. The nature of the job requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude toward members, enhancing their overall shopping experience. Job Duties

  • ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area
  • ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
  • preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
  • maintaining the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
  • maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
  • collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
  • utilizing hand held technology to make immediate business decisions
