Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or service preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- Maintain shelves cleanliness, temperature control, expiration date verification, and dispose of lesser-quality food
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Maintain sales floor in compliance with company policies, handle claims and returns, arrange and organize merchandise, identify shrink and damages
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to improve production, training, and product quality
- Manage stocking, rotating merchandise, quality, date control standards, and waste elimination
- Assist customers according to company policies and provide high-quality service
