Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Must adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Successful completion of all required job training and assessments
  • Compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or service preferred
  • Food handler certification (food safety) is a plus
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Adaptability to changing work scenarios and openness to technology use

Job Duties

  • Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
  • Maintain shelves cleanliness, temperature control, expiration date verification, and dispose of lesser-quality food
  • Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
  • Maintain sales floor in compliance with company policies, handle claims and returns, arrange and organize merchandise, identify shrink and damages
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to improve production, training, and product quality
  • Manage stocking, rotating merchandise, quality, date control standards, and waste elimination
  • Assist customers according to company policies and provide high-quality service
