This role is for a Prepared Meal and Rotisserie Chicken Associate at our West Palm Beach location. In this position, you will play a vital role in preparing fresh food items daily by following established recipes and standards. Key responsibilities will include the preparation of our popular rotisserie chicken, ensuring it is always fresh, properly wrapped, labeled, and stored. Attention to detail in food safety, sanitation, and inventory management is essential to maintain high quality and freshness for our members.
You will also be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes member satisfaction by providing friendly service and assisting members with their bakery orders when required. This multi-tasking, fast-paced environment requires adaptability, solution-oriented thinking, and effective communication. Your contribution helps families enjoy delicious meals conveniently, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
Beyond food preparation, you will collaborate across departments to maintain merchandising standards such as zoning, product rotation, and shrink control. The role demands familiarity with digital tools for tracking production, managing inventory, and enhancing the customer experience. Performance bonuses and a competitive hourly wage between $18.00 to $26.00, plus potential premiums, are offered.
